All our shipments are shipped exclusively by specialized shipping companies. Courier delivery times depend on the location, country, and continent of delivery.

Due to the individual production process of the goods we offer, delivery times may be up to 2 weeks.

Shipments are delivered on business days. For the courier to deliver the shipment, an authorized person must be present at the home. If the recipient is not present, the shipment can be collected in person or another delivery can be arranged to your address. The next delivery, as mentioned in the previous sentence, is free of charge. The deadline for collection is 3 days, starting the day following the delivery notification. The absence of a delivery notification does not mean that no delivery attempt was made.

Shipments weighing up to 30 kg are delivered to the door of your house or apartment. For heavier shipments, the courier will deliver them to the “first door” of the residential building or property gate, and there is no direct obligation to carry the shipment to the designated location.
